What are your opening hours?


Being a private training studio means bookings are essential, we are not a 24/7 gym. Our earliest sessions start at 5am with our last sessions kicking off at 6.30pm.




What type of training do you offer?


We cover a wide range of training to help cater to your individual needs. We cover weightloss, muscle gain, strength, nutrition, health and wellbeing.




How much does a membership cost?


Our base memberships start at $39 per week. For us to provide you with the best service possible its important for us to meet with you first to discuss your goals, roadblocks, limitations, any injuries you may have, nutritional and lifestyle habits and much more.

This allows our team to come up with a suggested 'best course of action' for you.

Don't worry our consutlations are completely free.




What locations do you have?


We currently have our Willawong location.

Our Shailer Park location will open 4th Feb 2021.




I have a few previous injuries or limitations can you help me?


We work with many older individuals who have a history of past and current injuries or limitations.

9 times out of 10 we can help you.

Its best to chat to one of our professionals to ensure we can give you the appropriate service.
