Ultimate Education - The Hip Hinge with coach Tim

Im this video I have a band tied around a rack and have it sitting right on my hips. Walk out as far as you feel you can so you are having to actually fight the band from pulling you back in. Once you have reached this point just relax and let the band pull your hips back in. Again, we aren’t trying to just bend over at the hips but rather hinge at them.
