5 Top Tips For Beginners

Kicking ass on your fitness journey can be difficult for beginners. So we have put together 5 top tips to help you do just that...KICK-ASS. Enjoy.


1. Don’t Sit Down


A Lot of people tell us they never have time after work or they don't have any energy. What we have come to learn is that people get home and sit down and relax and they simply do not ‘feel’ like working out.


Our pro tip is to NEVER sit down as soon as you come home but change your clothes and get straight into your workout for the day - it won’t take you long.


2. Always Be Prepared


Preparation is key for success. Have your gym clothes laid out the night before if you intend to work out in the morning. Make sure you have your meals prepared for the week ahead so you don’t get home after a long day and then just order takeaway for convenience.


3. Healthy Snack Supply


Have a stash of healthy snacks in your desk drawer at the office or in the pantry at home. Avoid filling it with high processed garbage. When you feel a bit hungry or peckish go straight to your Health Snack Supply.


4. Write Down Your Goals Each Morning & Night


It's called visualization and is a SUPER powerful technique.


Each day when you wake up write down your goals on a piece of paper. Then again before you go to bed write them down again. This continual habit of starting your day focused on your goals and finishing your day with being prepared for the next day will ultimately lead to huge success.


5. Trust The Process


You have to be consistent if you want to win. You need to listen and trust your coach and follow what they tell you to do. It's not really optional. If they tell you to workout today then you workout.
