We have two main styles of training; semi-private personal training and group based training.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Semi-private training means 2 members per trainer. We have found that since moving from a 1 on 1 model to a 2 on 1 model our clients are achieving better results. 

Your are more likely to achieve results when you have a training buddy who keeps you accountable.

GROUP BASED TRAINING

Our group training is not like your regular gym classes and here is why. Most gym classes are over-crowded, run by inexperienced individuals and provide very little customisation based on YOUR needs.

Each of our sessions is led by a professional trainer who will ensure you are doing everything correctly and can modify any exercises needed.
