Here at UFQ we provide you with the high end experience of personal training in a group based environment.

Our programming is designed for the everyday person. Whether your a young looking to take charge of your body and health through to the more senior looking for strength, stability and longevity, we have your covered.

We use a combination of strength, cardio, core, stability and functional training to help you achieve results in a low impact method.

Each of our locations has a slightly different timetable and session structure so it is worth taking a look at the locations page to check the timetable.

One thing that is consistent throughout our clubs is that the training is designed to guarantee results, whether that's weight loss, strength, core, injury prevention or mental health & wellbeing.
