WHAT IS IT:
The Ultimate Fitlympics is a home-based fitness competition & transformation challenge that runs over an 8 week period.
Each week you will be required to complete the set workout and enter your score on the live leaderboard.
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
You do not need any equipment, all workouts will be bodyweight only that you can complete without needing a gym.

8 Week Training Program
The transformation component of this challenge is all about body recomposition, it's not just weight loss.
The goal is to lose as much body fat as possible whilst putting on as much muscle as possible.
You will take your photos and enter your measurements at the very start of the challenge.
Each week you will be required to enter your bodyweight & measurements to track your progress.
At the end of the challenge, you will take your photos once again.
Our judges will choose a male & female winner based on who has had the best overall transformation.
Each week on Friday a new workout will go live for you to complete.
You will have until the following Wednesday at 5 pm to submit your score.
The workouts require no equipment and therefore can be completed by beginners to advanced athletes.
If you have any major injuries we suggest you avoid this part of the Fitlympics and stick to the transformation component.
