Letter from the director.
Hi there I'm Jason.

I realised early in my fitness career that there really wasn't anything catered towards people aged 40+.

So I opened my own private training studio in Brisbane specifically for over 40's.

And then....Covid hit!

That is when I designed the Fit Over 40 Lifestyle Program, so that I could continue to provide our clients with tailored workouts and support from their own home.

Now I am on a mission to help 10,000 people across Australia.

Being apart of this program for the last year and a bit has had real life results in my natural strength returning, losing this is what had originally caused me to join. I am now lifting bales of sugar cane mulch with ease, 20kg bags of kibble, doing heavy yard work with ease without needing days of recover.

I have revered the sharp decline in strength that I was experiencing and that is also with a diagnosis of severe arthritis in wrists and ankles on board but we work around that and manage to ensure my strength is steadily increasing which I am stoked with.

Ive just started and it is a great experience. I have tried all kinds of fitness programs and this place is special. I find myself waking up in the morning and looking forward to the workout, when before it used to feel like a chore.

Some of the good things are that the workouts change every few weeks and I don't have to think about what I need to do, but rather just do it.

The coaching tips to train around my old injuries, and there is no pressure from the coaches to go any harder then what I can manage.
