28 DAY FITBODY CHALLENGE
Let's be real for a moment. There are so many gyms, coaches and different programs out there today it can be hard to know which one is for you.
Most will want to sign you up to a 12-18 month generic membership, and then you probably wont end up using it.
We do things a little differently.
WHAT IS THE FITBODY CHALLENGE?
This is essentially a 28 day paid trail. This allows you to experience the UFQ vibe, training and culture without being locked into anything.
But it also allows our coaches to see where you are at now, what you need the most help with and then we are able to suggest the best possible pathway to achieving your goals.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Before you get started you will attend a group induction with one of our coaches. Here you will be able to check out the facility, set up your training program, go through a bit of goal setting and just get comfortable before starting your training.
In the 28 days you will get access to the following:
- Access to over 35 sessions per week
- All sessions are instructed and guided by qualified personal trainers
- UFQ training app to track all your workouts and progress
- Nutritional Seminar - How to build your own meal plan
- Mindset seminar - Setting goals and crushing them
- Full performance and movement screen
