DIRECTOR OF FITNESS
Jason is the director of fitness for UFQ and original founder. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of strength & conditioning. He has worked with athletes as young as 12 through to professional AFL players. He currently trains a wide range of people at all levels of experience and ages. His passion however lies in athletic development, movement mechanics, injury prevention & rehabilitation.
FEMALE STRENGTH SPECIALIST
Alana is the administrative director for UFQ. She has previously undergone her own transformations taking her to the stage of the WBFF as a bikini diva athlete. Alana's passion for helping others is evident in her caring and understanding approach to her clients. Alana is great with beginners, female body transformation and small group training.
PRE & POST-NATAL TRAINER
Candice is a mother who has undergone her own fitness journey and continues it to this day. She can relate well with parents and understand the struggles you face with managing a family and your fitness journey. If support, caring, and guidance is something you are looking for, Candice is your gal.
Tim is an extremely knowledgeable coach when it comes to training, nutrition and the mechanics of lifting.
He specializes in body recomposition for both males and females as well as educating clients on proper lifting techniques to improve overall strength.
